“Chamber music is now the thing I love most” says our guest artist, the distinguished Norwegian cellist Truls Mørk. “I liked the idea of putting together groups of artists in unique ways”. And as an appetiser, Truls Mørk and Hieyon Choi are partners in two true classics of the 19th century cello repertoire: Brahms’s impassioned Second Sonata, and Beethoven’s delightfully playful homage to his boyhood hero Mozart.
