OFFLINE EDUCATION
We are involving students in enjoying musical experiences by providing offline educational programs such as Music story that offers visits to the classical concert hall,
classical music performances along with music-themed activities and Classroom-based Lecture Concert that offers classical music and concert knowledge for college-students.
We are also providing masterclasses for professional conductors and orchestra musicians to improve career development.

Kids Concert junior
Kids Concert targets both children and parents giving an opportunity to experience orchestra performance in a fun and easy way. This entertaining concert will give a sweet repose to the parents, while providing a pleasant memory of classical music to the kids. -
Lecture Concert for University Students junior
The SPO’s special lectures held at universities aim to explain the professional knowledge of classical music in a easy way, both enhancing students' understanding of orchestras and providing opportunities to attend actual performances in concert halls. -
Conducting Masterclass master
Masterclasses for Young Musicians The SPO's conducting masterclasses give young conductors a chance to conduct the SPO and learn from our distinguished Music Director Jaap van Zweden. Our free orchestral masterclasses help foster professional classical musicians in Korea, enabling young Korean performers to work and study with our world-famous guest artists. -
Orchestra Masterclass master
Guest musicians including concertmasters and principals with international reputation will provide free education programs in diverse formats such as masterclasses, symposiums and workshops to students majoring in orchestral instruments. The Orchestra Masterclass aims to foster professional artists in Korea, supporting them to grow professionally as competent musicians of the orchestras including the SPO.
ONLINE EDUCATION
Through online education programs, we aim to engage a broader range of students in exploring and better understanding orchestra and classical music introduced in textbooks. We invite elementary school students to SPO’s music classroom by using live-online education system and help public school teachers to accomplish better musical teaching in their classroom by providing them with educational videos of SPO musicians playing textbook-based classical music.

Online Music Classjunior
We provide live online music classes for elementary schools by introducing musics the music that students have learned in their classes. Students learn about those repertoires and sectional instruments through musical lessons from conductor and participation in real-time Q&A session. -
Music Quest-Inside Orchestrajunior
Inspirational video films of our musicians playing music from textbooks are recorded and distributed to elementary, middle and high schools. The aim is to help classroom students gain a better understanding of the classical repertoire, and the instruments of the orchestra.
