세계적인 교향악단을 향해 비상하는 서울시립교향악단과 함께 꿈을 펼칠 연주 전문 인력을 다음과 같이 공개 채용합니다.

1. 모집분야 및 응시자격
○ 모집분야
○ 공통 응시자격
- 학력, 성별, 지역 제한 없음
- 서울시향 정년에 의거 만 60세 미만인 자(임용 예정일 기준)
- 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자
- 대한민국 국적의 남자의 경우 군필 또는 면제자(임용 예정일 기준)
- 서울시향 운영규정 제16조 결격사유에 해당되지 않는 자(<첨부 1> 참고)

2. 전형일정
○ 원서접수기간 : ’23.9.12.(화) ~ ‘23.10.11.(수) 17시, KST(채용 홈페이지)
○ 1차 실기전형 대상자 통보 : ‘23.10.20.(금) 예정(홈페이지 공고 및 개별 통보)
○ 1차 실기전형 : ’23.12.2.(토) ~ ‘23.12.4.(월) 예정(재단 5층 리허설룸 예정)
○ 1차 실기전형 합격자 발표 : ’23.12.4.(월) 예정(홈페이지 공고 및 개별 통보)
○ 2차 실기전형 : ‘23.12.5.(화) 예정(재단 5층 리허설룸 예정)
○ 2차 실기전형 합격자 발표 : ’23.12.6.(수) 예정(홈페이지 공고 및 개별 통보)
○ 3차 실기전형 : ‘23.12.7.(목) 예정(재단 5층 리허설룸 예정)
○ 최종 합격자 발표 : ‘23.12.18.(월) 예정(홈페이지 공고 및 개별 통보)
※ 전형일정은 진행 상황에 따라 변경하여 진행할 수 있으며, 전형결과에 따라 모집분야별로 1명의 예비합격자를 선정할 수 있음
○ 임용예정일 : ’24.1.2.(화) 예정
○ 수습 기간 : 임용일로부터 1년간 수습 기간 운영 후 평가를 거쳐 정규 임용을 결정
※ 단, 수습기간 평가 결과에 따라 1년 이내로 수습기간 연장 가능
3. 전형절차
○ 실기전형 시 플루트 부수석 지원자 피콜로, 오보에 단원 지원자 잉글리시 호른, 클라리넷 부수석 지원자 E 플랫 클라리넷 평가 예정
○ 우대사항
- 「장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법률」등에 따른 장애인 서류전형 가산점(만점의 5%)
※ 증빙서류 제출 필요
- 「국가유공자등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」등에 따른 취업지원 대상자(만점의 5% 또는 10%)
※ 본 전형은 선발 예정인원이 3인 이하이므로 <국가유공자 등 채용시험 가점제도 관련 보훈처 가이드라인, 2022.06.14.>의 지침에 따라 가점 적용하지 않음. 단, 동점자 발생 시 취업지원 대상자를 우선 선발함
4. 원서접수 및 제출서류
가. 접수사항
○ 지원자의 성명, 이메일, 지원 분야, 교향악단 경력, 수상 경력, 연주 경력 등
나. 접수방법
○ 서울시립교향악단 채용 홈페이지 온라인 접수
- 국문 작성, 단 외국인 지원자는 영문 접수 가능 <첨부 2> 참고
- 응시원서는 이메일 등 다른 방법으로 접수 불가
- 연주 영상 자료 등록: 연주 영상 곡목 및 악보 <첨부 3> 참고
· 연주 영상 제출 가이드 라인
1) 지정곡 3분 이내, 지원자 얼굴이 보이도록 촬영
※ 연주 영상은 반주자 없이 촬영하시기 바랍니다.
2) 휴대폰 촬영만 허용되며, 기본 촬영 앱 활용 촬영
3) 휴대폰은 고정한 상태에서 가로가 길게 ‘원 테이크(one take)’ 방식 촬영
4) 영상과 음원의 편집이나 보정 등 후작업 금지
5) 파일 형식은 ‘.mov’ 혹은 '.mp4', 용량은 '100MB' 이내
※ 파일명에 ‘지원분야_성명’ 입력(예. 플루트 부수석_홍길동.mov)
6) 제출 파일 관련 모든 책임은 지원자 본인에게 있음
다. 실기전형 곡목
○ <첨부 4> 참고(1, 2, 3차 실기전형)
- 2차 실시전형 응시자 개인 피아노 반주자 동반 필수
※ 실기전형 곡 연습용 악보는 최종 지원서 접수 완료 후(임시 저장 제외) 1주일 이내, 지원자 이메일로 발송합니다.
5. 블라인드 채용 및 기타 사항
○ 서울시립교향악단은 블라인드 채용을 준수합니다.
○ 상기 진행 일정은 내부 사정에 의하여 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 일정 등은 서울시향 홈페이지, 지원을 완료한 경우 이메일을 통해 공지합니다.
○ 응시원서는 국문으로 작성하여 주시기 바랍니다. 단, 외국인 지원자의 경우 영문 접수 가능합니다.
○ 급여는 서울시향의 보수규정 및 내부 방침에 의합니다.
○ 전형 결과 모집부문에 적임자가 없을 경우 합격자를 선발하지 않을 수 있습니다.
○ 응시원서나 각종 증명서의 기재 사항 착오 및 누락, 연락 불능으로 발생한 불이익은 응시자의 책임으로 합니다.
○ 각종 공지사항은 이메일을 통해 발송되므로 반드시 정확한 이메일 계정을 입력하시기 바랍니다.
○ 접수 마감일에는 지원자가 많아 원서접수 및 연주 영상 업로드 등이 어려울 수 있으니 가급적 마감일 전 접수하시기 바랍니다.
○ 최종 합격자라도 채용 이후 기타 결격사유가 발견되거나 부정 합격 확인 시 합격을 취소할 수 있습니다.
○ 제출한 서류 내용이 허위로 판명되었을 경우 합격을 취소할 수 있으며, 「채용절차의 공정화에 관한 법률」 제11조에 따라 홈페이지를 통해 제출한 채용 서류에 대해서는 반환하지 않습니다.

Position & Qualification

○ Minimum Qualifications
- No restrictions due to educational background, gender, or region.
- Must abide by the ‘Retirement Age Regulation’ of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra (herinafter referred as SPO), candidate who is less then 60 years old. (Note: Age will be counted based on the date of the official effective date.)
- All domestic and international applications are eligible.
- Male applicants with Korean citizenship must have been discharged or exempted from military service. (Note: Age will be counted based on the date of the official effective date.)
- Applicants who are not subjected to the SPO’s ‘16th Article of Operating Regulation’.

※Note: Recruitment timetable could be adjusted according to the circumstances, and due to the result of the recruitment process, there could be an successful preliminary candidate.
○ Effective date for successful candidates: Expected on January 2, 2024
○ Probation Period: After the 1 year probation period from the effective date is completed, the final applicant's full-time contract will be determined by a probation period evaluation.
※Note: Though, based on the result of probation period evaluation, the probation period could be extended within 1 year.
Detailed Information of Recruitment Evaluation
○ During the audition, in addition to their primary instrument, flute applicants will be evaluated on piccolo, oboe applicants on english horn, and clarinet applicants on E-flat clarinet.
○ Applicable Affirmative Actions
- Based on the 「Act on the employment promotion and vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities」 applicant who qualifies the required condition shall receive additional benefit in document screening process. (Note: 5% of perfect score)

(A) Information for Applying

(B) How to Apply
○ Submit the application online on the SPO recruiting website.
- To be written in Korean with foreign applicants able to submit in English. (
- Application form cannot be submitted via email or any other methods.
- Submit Recording: Infer the title of excerpts for Video (
· Recording Requirements
1) Applicant's face must be within the frame at all times and the video should be of the specified repertoire only. The whole video should be filmed within 3 minutes.
※ Please take a video without an accompanist.
2) We ask that all applicants record the video using their mobile device using a basic video application.
3) The video must be fixed in horizontal direction, and should be made in one continuous take.
4) Editing and/or mixing the video/sound is strictly prohibited.
5) Video files to be in '.mov' or '.mp4' format, and it's size must be no more than '100MB’

6) The following of all the above rules is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
(C) Audition repertoire
○ Infer the 'Attached Document no.04' (1st, 2nd, Final Round Audition)
- For the 2nd Round audition, applicants must perform with piano accompaniment in person.
※ Applicants who have submitted the final application form will receive the score file by e-mail within a week.
Blind Recruiting & Other Information
○ SPO upholds the standard of blind recruitment.
○ The schedule above may be adjusted due to the internal situations. If changes occur, the adjustment will be posted on the SPO website. If an applicant has already submitted their application, they will be notified via email.
○ Application forms must be submitted in Korean with the exception of foreign applicants are able to submit in English.
○ Salary will be determined according to the SPO’s internal regulations.
○ If there are no adequate candidates, SPO reserves the right to not hire any of the candidates for certain positions.
○ The completion and accuracy of all submitted application materials are the sole responsibility of the applicant. Any negative effects from applicants not having submitted all the necessary materials or of their materials not being accurate will not be the responsibility of the SPO.
○ All notices will be sent via email so please make sure to submit a valid e-mail address that is checked regularly.
○ Due to the surge of submissions on the day of the application deadline, submitting the application form and video could be difficult, so please leave yourself plenty of time before the deadline to submit all necessary materials.
○ Even after the end of the application deadline or auditions, if the SPO finds a reason to disqualify a candidate, the decisions of the SPO can be reversed or nulled.
○ If submitted documents have been concluded to be fake, based by the 「Fair transactions in employment process」 11th clause, the submitted documents via website will not be returned.
