1. 모집분야 및 응시자격

3. 전형절차

○ 우대사항

 - 「장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법률」등에 따른 전형별 가점을 부여함

  ※ 전형별로 가산점을 부여하되, 점수로 환산할 수 있는 전형의 경우 가점을 부여하고 점수를 환산할 수 없는 전형의 경우는 별도의 우대기준을 적용함

  ※ 증빙서류 제출 필요

 - 「국가유공자등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」에서 정한 바에 따라 가점을 부여함

  ※ 본 전형은 <국가유공자 등 채용시험 가점제도 관련 가이드라인, 2023.08.09.>의 지침을 따름

5. 블라인드 채용 및 기타 사항

○ 서울시립교향악단은 블라인드 채용을 준수합니다.

1. Positions Available

○ The following positions are available :

- There are no restrictions regarding educational background, gender, or place of residence.

- Applicants must be under the age of 60 as of the expected appointment date, in accordance with the retirement regulations of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra (SPO).

- Applicants must have no restrictions on international travel.

- Applicants must not fall under any disqualifying conditions stipulated in Article 16 of the SPO Operational Regulations (see Attached Document No. 1).

  ※ The recruitment timetable may be adjusted depending on the circumstances. Based on the audition results, one reserve candidate per position may be selected. The reserve list will remain valid for one year.

○ Probation Period:

A one-year probation period will apply from the effective appointment date. Upon successful completion of the probation period and evaluation, a permanent appointment will be confirmed.

  ※ The probation period may be extended by up to one year, based on the probation evaluation.

3. Audition Process and Evaluation

○ Preferential Consideration

- In accordance with applicable Korean laws, preferential consideration will be given to applicants with disabilities pursuant to the Act on the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities.

  ※ Preferential consideration will be applied in accordance with the evaluation method of each stage.

(B) How to Apply

○ Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra recruitment website.

 - Applications must be completed in Korean. However, foreign applicants may submit their applications in English (see Attached Document No. 2).

 - Applications submitted via email or by any other means will not be accepted.

(C) Audition Repertoire and Sheet Music

○ Please refer to Attached Document Nos. 3, 4 and 5 for the required audition repertoire and sheet music for the First, Second, and Third Rounds.

 - For the Second Round Audition, applicants are required to arrange and bring their own piano accompanist.

5. Blind Recruitment and General Information

○ The Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra conducts its recruitment process in accordance with blind recruitment policies.

○ The schedule outlined above is subject to change due to operational circumstances. Any changes will be announced on the SPO website, and applicants who have completed their applications will be notified via email.

○ Application forms must be completed in Korean. However, foreign applicants may submit their applications in English.

○ Salary and employment conditions are determined in accordance with the SPO’s compensation regulations and internal policies.

○ If no suitable candidate is identified for a position, the SPO reserves the right not to make an appointment.
